Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 21, 2026
Last updated: October 21, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how the Zuvro iPhone application handles information when you record spinner prototypes, playtest sessions, landing results, notes, photos, voice notes, reports, and coin transactions.
2. Information You Choose to Create
- Spinner edition names, sector labels, target shares, prototype settings, and rule-change notes.
- Playtest sessions, landing results, anomaly tags, written observations, and reports.
- Prototype photos selected from the photo library or captured with the camera.
- Voice notes recorded with the microphone.
These records remain under your control in the app. Zuvro does not operate a service that uploads these records. Information leaves the app only when you deliberately use an export or share action.
3. Device Permissions
Zuvro requests camera, photo-library, or microphone access only after you choose the related feature. Camera access is used for spinner setup photos. Photo-library access is used to import prototype images. Microphone access is used to create spoken playtest notes. You can change permission choices in iOS Settings.
4. Purchases
Apple processes in-app purchases. Zuvro receives transaction information needed to credit coins and prevent duplicate fulfillment, such as a transaction identifier, product identifier, and purchase result. Zuvro does not receive your complete payment-card details. Apple handles payment information under its own privacy policy.
5. Exports and Sharing
You may create CSV or backup files and share them using the iOS share sheet. The destination you select processes the exported file under its own terms. Review the file and destination before sharing because exported content may contain your playtest notes.
6. Retention and Deletion
Records remain available until you delete them, remove the app and its data, or use the in-app data reset option. Exported copies are controlled by the destination where you saved or shared them. Apple may retain purchase records as required for billing, fraud prevention, refunds, and legal compliance.
7. Disclosure
Zuvro does not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose limited information if required by applicable law, a valid legal process, or to protect rights and safety. Apple independently processes App Store and payment information.
8. Security
We design Zuvro to minimize collection and use Apple platform protections. No security measure is absolute. Protect access to your iPhone and review exported files before sending them to another person or service.
9. Children's Privacy
Zuvro is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with Zuvro, contact us so we can evaluate the request.
10. Your Choices and Rights
You can view, edit, export, and delete records using the controls in the app. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights. Contact us to submit a privacy question or request.
11. Changes
We may update this policy when Zuvro's features or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required.
