User Agreement

Please read this agreement before using Zuvro. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Zuvro is an iPhone application for documenting spinner prototypes and playtests. It can organize editions, landing samples, anomaly observations, photos, voice notes, comparisons, and reports. Statistics describe only the recorded sample and do not certify fairness, randomness, compliance, or future outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zuvro. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use and any purchase.

3. License

Zuvro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for personal or internal playtesting on Apple-branded products you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Usage Rules. The app is licensed, not sold.

4. Your Records

You retain rights in photos, notes, recordings, prototype descriptions, and other material you create. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to capture and use submitted material. Do not record another person's voice or image without appropriate permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse Zuvro, violate applicable law, infringe another person's rights, interfere with app operation, circumvent purchase controls, distribute malicious code, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

6. Coins and Feature Unlocks

Coins are consumable digital credits used for clearly identified app features, including additional edition capacity, exports, additional reports, comparison access, and optional tool packs. Before any coin debit, Zuvro displays the feature, cost, current balance, and resulting balance and asks for confirmation. Coin debits appear in the in-app ledger.

Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed for money. Some unlocks are permanent and others last for the period displayed before confirmation.

7. Apple In-App Purchases

Coin packs are purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple displays the applicable price and processes payment. Refunds are handled under Apple's policies and applicable law. Restore Purchases checks eligible Apple transactions; consumable credits are not duplicated for a transaction already fulfilled.

8. Exports and Third-Party Destinations

If you export or share a CSV, backup, image, report, or other file, you choose the destination. Third-party destinations operate under their own terms. Zuvro is not responsible for a destination's independent handling of an exported file.

9. Intellectual Property

Zuvro and its licensors own the app, software, branding, artwork, and service materials, excluding your records. No rights are granted except the limited license stated above.

10. Availability and Changes

We may maintain, update, modify, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Where required, material changes affecting purchased functionality will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

11. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zuvro is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Playtest summaries and comparisons depend on the records entered and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for prototype, safety, and product decisions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zuvro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss. Total liability relating to the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid through the app during the preceding 12 months or USD $50. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Termination

You may stop using Zuvro at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address material misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Provisions concerning ownership, completed purchases, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive as appropriate.

14. Apple App Store Terms

This agreement is between you and Zuvro, not Apple.
Zuvro, not Apple, is responsible for the app, maintenance, support, and claims relating to the app.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it upon your acceptance.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

Applicable conflict-of-laws rules determine the governing law and courts with jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, submit a support request through the channel listed on Zuvro's App Store product page and allow 30 days for good-faith discussion unless urgent relief is required. Nothing in this agreement removes mandatory consumer protections.

16. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this agreement when Zuvro or applicable requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required.
